Salary increment and appraisals of administrative staff is worst. HR thinks that Teachers are everything for the school and hence they get holidays and appraisal more than admin staff. They just tell that we follow corporate policies and employee's safety but most of the Principals of school have been caught talking or doing disrespectful stuff with female staff. Management knows this but instead of throwing them out of the network they just got transferred to the different location and that man is free to do that stuff again with new female co-workers....Read More

The Work Culture at Podar Education Network is awesome, employee's are getting a good work-life balance while working in these organizations. The management of this organization is really very good and employee-oriented.

Dislikes

As there I have just completed one year so nothing to say on appraisals, but as per the feedback which I received from existing employees is like every employee was getting at least a 10-15% hike on their present. Career growth is a little bit slow over here. In terms of Work-Life balance, this organization is really good. Salaries are paid off in time.

The work culture.the favoritism and nepotism follows. The one who r good in buttering gets the maximum hike and rewards. Others go unnoticed.

I really wanted to join back as a teacher, as I had to leave Podar school for some unavoidable reason. But I really feel that the institute would have understand and given me another chance to rejoin.

Nothing is there to like, it is a fraud organisation, no respect for the teachers, they just used them and throw them out at any time. No job security. Specially Principal of Katol Road branch of Nagpur, Lucky Sadrani is so worst lady Principal, she treated every staff disrespectfully. Very bad management.
