Most biased School, PIS-Nerul ICSE and CBSE both. u need to keep buttering your boss (Principal) always favouring the ones whom she lkes and gives a over the top appraisal ( salary) to them..and all of them leave after getting high appraisal. Gives best work experience certificates also so that they can get good placement.

No use giving any advise.They will still follow the biased and favouritism culture...the principal before also had his own favourite teachers team... N all the position are given to the teachers who belong to their cast and place!! No work is given on the basis of merit.

If you belong to principal or VP's religion or cast one will be given post,money and good appraisal..or else you need to butter the principal and keep complaining about other teachers... Then you will be given good appraisal..keep talking bad

I have worked there 5 yrs but the principal and management both are worst In spite of gromming teachers they insult them in front of others and take more interest in their personal life.

The IEC Dept put down the entire faith that employee has in the company.they r least bothered about emotions but worried only about data collection. They are not worth being called mental health professionals

My work was counselling students and parents and they were happy .I have been serving this institution for 8 years and in the end it gave me hatred .Being associated with lilavatibai post for 5 years and doing good work there and have fond memories .

The principal of the school, Ms Dorothy D'souza is an amazing women and knows her duties well. Salary is good too , all depends on your experience and talent .
