Salary increment and appraisals of administrative staff is worst. HR thinks that Teachers are everything for the school and hence they get holidays and appraisal more than admin staff. They just tell that we follow corporate policies and employee's safety but most of the Principals of school h ave been caught talking or doing disrespectful stuff with female staff</mark>. Management knows this but instead of throwing them out of the network they just got transferred to the different location and that man is free to do that stuff again with new female co-workers....Read More

The job is interesting!I didn't faced any problem from beginning as there were lots of training sessions. I learnt many things o the job.I got chance to wear Symphonics Coordinator and PRE Coordinator hats and that helped me to update myself.

Lovely working culture and as an integrated school, Podar is enabling CWSN to thrive with mainstream students which is a good factor.

Dislikes

Company can work more on making counselling an intergral part, such that in any given scenario role of counsellor should not be tossed or replaced. Had some shocking experience with management policies due to COVID situation.
