It is a good Company to work with but of course it is the company management, managers which should make it an awesome experience for the employees to make it a wonderful work environment.

Dislikes

Unprofessional and based attitude of few managers towards their employees and making their subordinates feel that they are worth nothing. I believe one of the most important role a manager should to pay is to encourage its subordinates rather than discourage them, which is enough to break their self confidence. A manger has to be a mentor, the one who should focus on your personality development, make you feel special and how important you are for the company....Read More
