Nothing pnb is worst organization,bad management system here,no hr policy and zero job security.I will not recommend good employee to join this dirty organization.

Metlife is running with some goons like managers,their monopoly spoiling carrier of many innocent employees ,Hr is manager,manager is hr,means do what goons want,so don't join this dirty organization.
