Nothing to like in this company. Starting from the senior management to the HR,all are just farce. HR is a puppet in the hands of management.

Dislikes

This is the worst workplace i have worked at. Even after leaving the job,they will harass you for your relieving letter and FNF. You may mail to the Hr heads for months,but it will be in vain.

Very bad. There is no worklife balance. The concalls start at 8 Am and also goes on till 10Pm.

The company has no intention in retaining employees. To everyone problem they just have one solution of firing.

Dislikes

No support from higher authorities to guide. They just ask for business and abuse in offensive language. To any problem they face they blame their subordinates and fire them. Working culture is the worst. In just joining or 1month they started threatening to leave job or termination. If no business fetched, then resign.

Only good thing About this company according to me is their induction after joining. Other than that everything else is just terrible

There was not enough support from your supervisor or from The Bank's side. Which left us in field all alone sourcing and begging people for new business.
