HR & HR policies does exist. Leaves carry forward Diabursement process if fast and good Acknowledgement and appriciation to ground staff.

No clear credit policies. Work life balance is lower side but still better then some banks. Work pressure is extreeme and threats to job security.

If u r a politician or part of a political party then only u can stay there. The most worst 3 rd fraud unregistered company in india. They don't have Banking proper licence. Customers can't not complain under RBI and the customer will beat you if the company will do something wrong.
