Hi! I was recruited through campus placements for bangalore location and initial days bosses, team members and staff supported a lot to learn things in a short time. Employee policies, Trainings all are very good and knowledgeable. Management are very supportive .. All good in Bangalore but I was unhappy after being transferred to hyderabad and work culture followed over their... Unfortunately I was removed from the company during Covid pandemic. I believed such a reputed PNB Housing Finance wouldn’t lay-off employes during such financial crises and never happened in the history of PNB Housing Finance Ltd. I don’t have any complaints for Bangalore location but to work in Hyderabad location was terrible.”Work culture was created as per senior employees comfort by themselves, discrimination, monotonous work, hypocrisy and not able to grow in career” and Senior employees are not willing to share knowledge instead discouraging junior employees infront of reporting managers sitting in Bangalore if they point out about their problems facing in Hyderabad. Senior employees are very big liars and to save their position they put all mistakes on junior employees. However all the seniors are very united in Hyderabad to save themselves infront of Zonal managers and smart managing to hide themselves. Sorry to write like this but am seriously very regretted and heart paining after being transferred to Hyderabad and they spoiled my career growth and good name infront of my reporting managers....Read More
