Assistant Manager Investor-Relation

Job Description:

• Coordinate and support quarterly earnings call activities like preparing investor presentations, press release, Q&A document, Investor/analyst call organisation.
• Assis in organising various investor events like invest or day, branch visits, non- deal road shows. 1X1 meetings and investor conferences
• Provide timely analysis with respect to shareholding pattern, price movement, peer comparison, analyst estimates.
• Support targeting of prospective investors using external sources and databases
• Maintaining database of market interactions
• Prepare internal documents including IRMIS and market perception reports
• Extensive collaboration with cross functional teams across organisation

Competencies

• MBA with 1-3 years of experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• Basic Understanding of Financials.
• Experience in PR will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
