Job Title: Investor Relations Manager
Location: Cherlapally
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Investor Relations (IR) Manager to join our
team. This individual will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with
institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. The role requires a deep
understanding of ï¬nancial markets, strong communication skills, and the ability to
synthesize complex ï¬nancial information into clear and impactful messages.
The ideal candidate will have experience in investor relations, corporate ï¬nance, or
ï¬nancial communications and be adept at driving shareholder value and managing the
company's public proï¬le in the investor community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investor Communication:
â Develop and implement the company's investor relations strategy to
enhance shareholder value and support business goals.
â Act as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and
other stakeholders.
â Prepare and present quarterly earnings materials (e.g., earnings releases,
investor presentations, and quarterly reports).
â Facilitate investor conference calls, meetings, and investor days.
2. Market Intelligence & Analysis:
â Monitor and analyze industry trends, investor sentiment, and the
competitive landscape to inform the company's strategy.
â Conduct regular investor and analyst feedback sessions, reporting on
shareholder concerns and interests to senior management.
â Track and report on the companyâs stock performance and competitor
activities.
3. Financial Reporting:
â Collaborate with the ï¬nance and corporate communications teams to
ensure accurate and timely reporting of ï¬nancial results.
â Assist in the preparation of annual reports, regulatory ï¬lings (such as 10-K,
10-Q, and 8-K), and other compliance-related documents.
â Provide relevant and clear ï¬nancial data to stakeholders while adhering to
corporate governance and compliance standards.
4. Investor Targeting & Relations:
â Identify and engage potential investors to broaden the shareholder base
and ensure a diverse and supportive investor community.
â Cultivate relationships with sell-side analysts, buy-side investors, and other
key market participants.
â Maintain and enhance relationships with existing institutional
shareholders.
5. Crisis Management & Communication:
â Manage communication in times of crisis or when there are signiï¬cant
market-moving events, such as mergers, acquisitions, leadership changes,
or other material announcements.
â Ensure consistency and transparency in corporate communications.
6. Corporate Governance:
â Work closely with senior management and the board of directors to align
investor communications with company strategy and corporate
governance policies.
â Assist in preparation for the annual shareholder meeting and
communicate any governance-related updates.
Qualiï¬cations:
â Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications,
or related ï¬eld. MBA or CFA is a plus.
â Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate
Communications, Financial Analysis, or a related ï¬eld.
â Skills:
â Strong understanding of ï¬nancial statements and ï¬nancial modeling.
â Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
â Proï¬cient in using ï¬nancial software tools (Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.).
â Experience in public speaking, delivering presentations, and engaging with
senior executives.
â Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent attention
to detail.

stakeholders.
