i am previous sales senior person in this company. in their senior directors meeting with all sales persons, their sales president and business head gentleman who is also very close with the director and all directors family tell everyone that we will take new employees, learn everything new from them and then throw them out. This way old employees will learn new things and after some time new employees can be asked to go. they do this kind of actions only. Corona gives them good reason to take out employees, but normally also they are like this only. if old employees who are very close with director and director family, is even bad then they can do anything. new employees always treated as outsiders....Read More

One bad day i attend interview in pmj jewelers madapur....they taken around three rounds....after complted the rounds....the hr person told that u have another round wait for last round....when i returned the hr person told that congrats ....i up date other things.....but no call or msg not there...after two weeks i called hr person he told that sorry ur profile is not fit for the job....then why they take 3 rounds interviews and why send msgs....dont make people fool....this is not correct....because we felt iam selected and call from hr....but at last sorry u cant fit for job....u told me directly u r profile rejected....or i call u after some time...i can understand iam not selected....but they take 3 rounds interview....but after two weeks they rejected....wats the game that foolishness...Read More
