There is no job culture. During the end of probation period the company throws out people stating they dint find the work satisfactory. Two partners in the company and they are themselves confused what work is to be done by whom. No JOB SECURITY Colleagues were not at all helpful. The team managers are all family members so for other people to grow there isn't any possibility. The managers are not st all co-operative The managers are highly unskilled who even lack proper communication skills.
