MD is Mad Director with no sense, no direction, don't know how to run the organisation and what process to set... very cheap person, nonsense person, career killer, career distroyer of intelligent employees....MD is only wants money and don't want to give incentives to employees. ३. Product of the company is not saleable 4. When your appraisal came, they will prepare mistake document and will say you have done lot of mistakes....

There is no job culture. During the end of probation period the company throws out people stating they dint find the work satisfactory. Two partners in the company and they are themselves confused what work is to be done by whom. No JOB SECURITY Colleagues were not at all helpful. The team managers are all family members so for other people to grow there isn't any possibility. The managers are not st all co-operative The managers are highly unskilled who even lack proper communication skills. There are heights of unprofessionalism in the office due to female n male relationships which often has led to burden being transferred to one person
