The low level people including operator, fitter, quality engineer are very friendly. most management’s staffs are really good.

Dislikes

HR is a Toxic person and disgrace to not just HR community but to human race itself. He just have no knowledge in file management. Often takes credit for others work. If you are leaving the organisation just give ur superiors mail id and not HR Uday’s mail Id. He will give bad review even if the whole organisation accepts that your work was good. Such an unethical and cheap person. You can’t expect dignity from his mouth since he doesn’t have one. PMAC could be a good place to work if they are able to clean their faulty talent management system. Other things are, there won’t be a good enough space for 5S maintenance but they blame employees for that. The salary package they provide is definitely worst for QC engineer but you could learn things if you are in heavy QC rather than mass QC (their internal division). I suggest you to get the job if it is for specific project like work. They don’t have cab facility which covers long distance, so make sure you are close to the premises if you want the job. All I want to tell is before increasing the budget for new Machines for new bussiness and stuffs, please try to improve workers financial status and don’t expect someone to be loyal if you can’t do that...Read More
