Its almost everything they can fire you anytime I joined this company by seeing reviews on this website and glass door and they have got really nice reviews I don't know how. I highly doubt these sites now. 1. They sell useless products to American business such as google my business profile, a WordPress website or some rubbish cartoon videos you can check it out at amazing7 studios it's their subsidiary company Literally they sell such product for minimum of 500dollars and then they expect you to fix a meeting everyday for such rubbish products Apart from that there is zero transparency in company anyone can be fired anytime all they want is sales And just by 2weeks of training they expect us to speak like Americans and get that fake accent. Overall a rubbish company to work for.. And they will tell you that you will get a lots of incentives when you derive sales trust me you will get peanuts so kindly leave this job and search for something better....Read More

I joined the company because I really needed this job I had 3 rounds of interview..I was happy because I got a job nearby my house..First of all there were no TL or SME at the office we use to have the meetings through Google meet sometimes we could not get what we are being told because of the network issue but that’s ok it happenssome time.. now the main thing is after 10 days of training the company want us to speak in American accent I was asked to leave the company because the person sitting at noida thought that I am not eligible for that post because my accent..now I don’t understand one thing I had 3 rounds of interview at that time they said me that your skills are good and we want you to work for our company for a long period of time..Now the thing is if my accent was not up to the mark why they hired me.. I have worked with companies like knack global and Teleperformance in the international process I was never told about the accent there..there is no coordination between the HR and the mangers in the company I was forced to resign by the Hr.. one of the worst companies I have ever worked with.. last but not the least if you really want employees to speak in American accent you need to hire American citizens in your company..the company itself ask it’s employees to write good reviews for the company..
