Great Learning experience and opportunity to work for diverse clients and various types of audits. I also did my articleship for 3 years in the same company and joined back as an employee. The team is great and everyone has assisted me and has been helpful throughout my career here. Overall a great learning experience.

1.They have some reputed clients, which is an advantage to showcase on a CV. 2. A few people here are knowledgeable, professional, and good to learn from. I repeat, very few.

1. Toxic Work Culture: There is significant regionalism and favoritism. If you’re Tamil, you can survive, but others are often mocked. During my time, colleagues were mean, unsupportive, and unwilling to train properly. 2. Poor Work Assignment Practices: Tasks are assigned without considering education, experience, or skills. As a fresher, I was not provided proper training, yet they blamed me for poor quality. If they want high standards, why not hire experienced professionals? Freshers are pressured unnecessarily and blamed later. Colleagues deliberately withhold knowledge or skip teaching critical processes to ensure you don’t surpass them. 3. Unrealistic Expectations: They expect absurd levels of quality from freshers. If you want expertise, hire CAs or other highly qualified professionals instead of blaming freshers for falling short. 4. Constant Demotivation: Employees are demotivated with unfair, untrue negative feedback. Insults are made publicly instead of addressing concerns in private, healthy discussions. They don’t consider if employees are facing knowledge gaps, training issues, or lack of support from colleagues. 5. Unfair Appraisals: Performance appraisals are delayed and unfair. Employees have to chase them for over six months, which feels like a mental trap and adds unnecessary stress. 6. Salary Cuts During Covid: During Covid, salaries were cut drastically—up to 90%. They claimed clients weren’t paying or employees weren’t working enough hours, even though they knew the financial and mental struggles employees were facing. For two months, I received only ₹1,000 each month. 7. Negative Environment: The toxic work environment made me believe I wasn’t good enough. Favouritism all around - assignments, appraisal, in practically every area; appraisal not on time and favouritism and bias play a huge role, salary takes fifteen days to process, rude and inconsistent behaviour of seniors in certain offices that takes a toll on the mental well being of the affected employees. Unnecessary harassment of certain staff and unfair allegations and criticism. Constant discouragement and demotivation of staff. HR has no voice and beats to the drum of certain seniors. Partners have even started asking the names of the employees giving reviews and purposeful negative feedback is given that is neither fair nor true. Gender bias seems to prevail as in one review, the reply was that the girl is non-performing. Perhaps, the organization can consider that the employee's gender, credentials and performance are not the issue and that the organization and it's policies have failed the employee. The firm does not have the policy to lay-off anyone. They will only torture you mentally till you leave by yourself.

- Toxic Work Environment - Salaries are never received on time, 12-15days time is taken from the salary cycle - Appraisal takes minimum 6months from the time it is due after promising to do it in time - Partners will never review on time, keep you waiting for days initially and last minute will ask you to work late nights - When working late nights, no facility is given for employee safety. Female employees are also not given any safe facility to reach home. - Without giving adequate team expect one person to complete all deliverables on time and keep working excess overtime everyday.
