Dear Senior Associate, could you please highlight the reason for such a response? If there is nothing to like in the firm, we believe you are not at the correct place and you should not be continuing with the firm at all and immediately explore other entities of your liking. You cannot expect everything to your liking i.e. Leaves, Remuneration, working hours etc. Having said that, we are happy to have a one-on-one conversation including an i2i session with our Vice Chairman to address the concerns you may have to the extent possible. Hope you will use the opportunity in a positive way.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
