The teammates were good but the work culture is so horrible that people kept resigning

Dislikes

Every single thing- There is always a delay of 25 days for salary, there is no work life balance at all- You work like a slave, Only holiday is on Sunday , that too you have to be ever ready to work on Sunday. There is no food available despite working for long hours. The working conditions are horrible with no proper taken of any employee. There is no proper structure followed. There is no joining letter, confirmation letter, salary receipts. Just an experience letter in a letterhead....Read More
