Piramal Enterprise has nice work culture & allows employees to work freely also there is good support from seniors & employees are motivated & appreciated for their efforts .lots of employees friendly ploicies and invitative from HR department .Nice & huge building and all neccessary equipments and all oraganised laboratories with employees safety arrangement .

My team works really hard at what they do however we don't have processes of planning and implementing new widgets.i m Leavening because I felt I didn't have a clear carrier path/opportunities for my future .
