First few months they’ll treat you good but later will show the evilness. There is no direction structure. Analyst are made to do sales call, sales people are made to do accounting work. Please take time to find a good place, you will make your life’s biggest mistake by joining here.

Dislikes

During appraisal time they will treat you so miserably that you will leave the company eventually. Their employee turnover is highest during appraisal time since they want to make you leave rather than paying higher salary. People literally cried as they were made to work on Sunday’s and public holidays and if not done, they are abused in front of the whole team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
