Terrible working environment, treatment is no different for an engineer or a worker. All employees are treated awfully with no benefits and they will push you to the extreme. Don't even think of working with them. They will take your money,will make you suffer if you try to leave the company's and won't let you go home for an emergency if you are not close to the GM
