1) No experience certificate is provided to the employees upon their respective resignations. 2) Poor Co-operation between department heads. 3) Lots of work load with no fixed time. 4) Improper handling of the labours and their respective skills. 5) The structure of this organisation is currently under process. (Department wise) 6) No job security.

Work Details

One Word: Stressfull. I was inline quality checker working in production dept. They expect to check every piece and to maintain the targets of those operators by providing them all the day's work at the same time. In short: No Quality Checking Time.
