Management is supportive and understand the issues of the employees and try to resolve. Team mates were Friendly and supportive, specially in COVID period company did well, about job security no one loss there job because of cost cutting.

Suggestions : On the job training required more for the employees for betterment of employment

The job was interesting and more with the learning though there were no one in department to train however, got opportunity to learn and deliver. Good support from the team and department members

As a training center its ok but if you went there for long term that's not sustainable.

Unprofessional HR, charlatan promotor, unethical practices. Can think as big lala ki dukaan. Be ready to spoil your personal life. One small example- you have sacrifice a Sunday if you avail two leaves in a week. No mercy at all. HR is doing every thing except HR work. You will be given handsome money but lala will ensure to suck every drop out of you for it. Its not sustainable working there. Company location is b grade like its very own....Read More
