I would like to say never join pilot industries spatially MDO team .this team is so toxic .reporting manager of this team is Ms Nikita she does cheap politics . You have to do buttering her otherwise she will ruined your employment .their is no professionalism in her team . They don’t have moral . They do bad comments to new employees they make us feel uncomfortable . Unprofessional HR, charlatan promotor, unethical practices. Can think as big lala ki dukaan. Be ready to spoil your personal life. One small example- you have sacrifice a Sunday if you avail two leaves in a week. No mercy at all. HR is doing every thing except HR work. It's highly polluted plant , as It's a battery plate recycling which have highly sulphur content, so plant inside fuem and smoke of sulphur very hazardous which makes it hazardous work culture. If you don't have any degree but have good reference then you can get very handsome salrlary offer. Also there's is off festival and national holidays but you have to take permission to take the off and 12 Hrs shift, its purely lala type plant , pick this company only when you don't have any job for short term duration....Read More
