As a training center its ok but if you went there for long term that's not sustainable.

Unprofessional HR, charlatan promotor, unethical practices. Can think as big lala ki dukaan. Be ready to spoil your personal life. One small example- you have sacrifice a Sunday if you avail two leaves in a week. No mercy at all. HR is doing every thing except HR work.
