Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

It's highly polluted plant , as It's a battery plate recycling which have highly sulphur content, so plant inside fuem and smoke of sulphur very hazardous which makes it hazardous work culture. If you don't have any degree but have good reference then you can get very handsome salrlary offer.
