There is nothing to be like in this organisation. This organisation treat there sales team like a labour. There hr policy is on paper only. On fixed hours of working. They use pip as a weapon against the employee. Only few manager are there who think about there team.

The hr didn't care to connect with employees and try to get feedback of all the working conditions. The environment is really toxic there is no job security in this organisation. There always a blame game

I have worked with cluster manager sugumar team, he is just like a tharkuri fellow, who don't have a knowledge about team handling and skills upgrading.. He is reporting to regional manager Karthik, He is a clown fellow, who is perfect fit for handling tharkuri.. I have worked as a BDE in this company, and I have never seen as much pressure in any company as there is in PhonePe's company. There is complete mental harassment, and the manager's behavior is so bad that they threaten their employees; they want sales at any cost. An employee's mind is so badly affected that they are forced to commit fraud in the market, which has completely ruined the market. People no longer trust others. I will never forget that I once worked in a company that took away my sleep at night and my peace of mind during the day. There is nothing special in working for phonepe, they are terrible to work for ik it's depends on the region you are working for the the senior of phonepe will be the reason for downfall of phonepe in future

I hate how they just constantly force you to stall in feild even after working hours, my manger litterly shouted on a college for less performance and tell them to stay in feild till 10pm

Company should work on transparency when it come to appraisal and promotion phase for agents. If you work hard you wouldn't get promotion but if you work decent and just make happy your manager then you are the hero of your team which is pretty downgrade for a fin tech giant like phonepe.

Those upper head manger who did nothing but pretend that they are working hard and supporting their team is hell yeah. Having that designation with least knowledge and skills. Makes us feel that company hiring policy is not great its below average

Company politics destroy your career, East delhi state head like shahid khan ZSM & HR all involve to safe his job. They hired TSM for 6 month then give him notice period then after forcefully resigned. Don't enter in this company there management is really destory your CV.

I) lack of knowledge and skills at managerial level. Don't know how to handle a team. II) Pathetic Pressure. If you don't do your daily targets then they will mark you absent for the day and abuse also. III) Gate Meetings are held under tree and in a open ground.
