no support at all the qatari employee working for PHCC , have all the support , and they do not go to work , leaving the work dumped on the non qatari employees

the phcc operate a hierachic system , they give the management responsibility to a health centre manager , who has all the decision making of what emplyees get , there are no rules that are obided by , the employee has no basic rights in his rights as an employee, the job share is very unffair , you have staff not working at all , while others do their work and the work of non working staff , no support at all from the higher management of the PHCC at the head office , if a complaint is raised , it gets turned around and the complaint maker gets accused of the error , there is no way to meet the ceo of the phcc , no responce to the emails you sent , and it is impossible to get an appointment see the CEO , due to the obstacles impositioned by the CEO secretery . the management of the health centre and the head office of the phcc do not care about delivering good patients 'care, if you report issues of negligence or malpractice , you get targeted and bullied at the place of work , and all your affairs get interrupted and stopped and penalities applied they have so many depratments including clinical affairs , and medical ethhics , however , no action is taken when an issue gets reported , in order to avoid responsibility . over all experince of working for the phcc is extremely poor, unjust , and unffair , plus the bad staff retention , not to mention the oppression that is excersized by the menagement , this is extremely bad for the PHCC image nationally and globally , the actions of the the managers; i.e. heatlh centre manager , reagional director and operational manager, are driving a lot of foreign nationals doctors to resign, which will reflect negatively on the reputation of the countery , something that needs to be looked at by the official in the ministery of health if qatar would like to have a reputation globally , they need to treat expat in a fair way something for the official to take actions on...Read More
