Pharmed is a very good organisation,only management having too much politics,always management pressurising for adjustment (10% stockist bribe) expansion plan because of this Target too high I was always performer but becoz of high demand for pcpm ,and expansion in territory everyone suffer

Bribe from seniors to achieve budget,high time politics from seniors, favourism and nepotism will laid down organisation

Great Management team who has clear vision on Company mission, always support for employees and strive for employee welfare and betterment.
