Sales management You have achive your target anyway. Either ethical or unethical. 1st line has no work rather sending you various new type of formats every week last day . So your holiday get hamper. Management has no idea about market and provide un natural growth of 25% to 30% every year. Totally buttering and oiling base management. Higher management knows everything but till they silance. Not good to work, abusive behaviour of global leader, they use compliance as tool to harass employees, all these compliance people have low IQ level, very difficult to work here, approval has been given to project vendor without before signing lease documents, compliance is silent because of person approved is a foreigner. Management should not fire anybody by listening one side of story.
