Sales management You have achive your target anyway. Either ethical or unethical. 1st line has no work rather sending you various new type of formats every week last day . So your holiday get hamper. Management has no idea about market and provide un natural growth of 25% to 30% every year. Totally buttering and oiling base management. Higher management knows everything but till they silance. I had a very good experience working with Pfizer during my entire service period. To name a few 1) Work culture at Pfizer was very good and senior officer's were very supportive and cooperative. 2) Pfizer treated all its employees not as employees but as a family (pfizerite family) 3) Pfizer welfare schemes for employees were great. e.g. a) Education scholarship for employees children b) Mediclaim policy for major illness for employees children and family. c) transportation facilities for employees. d) Canteen facility and health checkup annually for employees. Global company and brand name

Not good to work, abusive behaviour of global leader, they use compliance as tool to harass employees, all these compliance people have low IQ level, very difficult to work here, approval has been given to project vendor without before signing lease documents, compliance is silent because of person approved is a foreigner. Management should not fire anybody by listening one side of story.
