Pfizer is a Great Company and working in Pfizer is a wonderful feeling, well organised and more scientific product selling approaches and high professional work environment is there.

Dislikes

Career grow is very less, now a days job security is doubtful because, every body wants to do budget at any cost, only performance matters. Now they are not listening any thing from TE’s or TSO’s words. Giving pressure to do the budgets.

Work Details

I am very happy to work in Pfizer but now the culture and the quality of professionalism is coming down, we are spending more time in the field. No Launching of New Molecules.
