My experience at Petromin was marred by several challenges that made the work environment increasingly difficult. There was a significant disconnect between leadership and the realities of digital marketing, which resulted in unrealistic expectations and poor decision-making. Promised relocations were never fulfilled, and there were frequent delays in both salary payments and reimbursements, which caused additional frustration</mark>. Moreover, the political environment within higher management created a toxic atmosphere. The focus seemed to be on discrediting the internal team in favor of external agencies, with key team members being excluded from important discussions. This was compounded by a lack of transparency and accountability. My interactions with both the CEO of India and the GCMO were particularly strained due to their unprofessional behavior, threats, and a general lack of respect for the team's contributions.
