Working environment is good.

Dislikes

There is too much hidden policy. Company take 5 month to clear the stipend money which is ₹3000/m for those who are staying in hostel and ₹4000/m for those who are staying in rent. You have to achieve the target of $280+ in a month and in previous month should be + ve pnl. After getting the A/c you have to work hard just to get minof ₹5000 but it differ from person to person. There is no proper training for the new employees, they will definitely face trouble during there job period there are only 2 or 3 seniors who will help you in learning something new other seniors don't care about you Because they are not here for you they are here to work on themselves So why will they care about you
