A lot of fun activities, good role and growth but you need to be on the top of your game good colleagues

Work life balance takes a toll, depending upon the role you are into, its draining, since you are assigned top class KRA's to achieve and the manager pushes you to achieve more than 100%

Its a good place to work, build your career. You need to be a star performer the entire year to get noticed. Deliver more than 100% and be available even on weekends

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
