The company is good and lot to learn. All work to be done systematically. Training to be done timely for career growth. Although there is friendly environment for the employee. There is more work pressure For target to achieve. Sometimes worked 10-11hrs a day and no leave provided at weekends and no holidays at peak times for Shaadi.

My work is challenging and more competitors are there. But overall environment of the company is good. Competition level is high with work pressure. Difficult to convey people for the services in small city as they are not computer savvy.
