For starters the Manager/CEO/Content strategist/Editor is the same person. The expectation is never to deliver quality content and the focus is never on productivity. In order to be a good employee one must suffer to carry out their tasks. The expectations from an employee change every other day. There will be meetings every other day. The flexibility and the chance of finishing pending works the next day. The company also provides various benefits, which many former employees have failed to notice. After spending 5 years with this company I have watched it grow and I am so proud how far it has come.

At times it becomes difficult to work under pressure. The demands of clients can be overwhelming at times. But the owner always found out ways to make things easier for the writers.

So many bad reviews for this company, but believe me, this is one of the best companies you can join as a fresher. The owner handles most of the work by herself and this may irritate other workers, but she is not rude or arrogant. There is job security and you can learn a lot if you are willing to learn.

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike about this company except that sometimes, the work-pressure is a little too much. But you can convey your problems, queries to the owner and action will be taken. Overall, it's very much good for a startup firm.
