I have been working for PCM services for the last 10 years.. for Which I appreciate the company for all the opportunity I recieved till date. But now at present there's a feeling of job insecurity. Iam was always decicatted towards my services for my clients (VFS global services Pvt ltd).but now iam been treated very rudely by my own company PCM services. There are certain rules and regulations that only apply to me and not others. Why is there such differences made between employees? I have services to VFS GSO as a supervisor for last 7 years in administration department. Today there's no place for me and iam being moved from location everytime. I prefer working in a single location. The present staff are being harassed by the present supervisor..the staff wants me back ..but my own organisation doesn't understand it. The supervisor are briveing staff where traveling vouchers and attandence , overtime are concerned. The staff have personally discussed this with me but our higher official are just blind folded. Anyway s iam happy but little upset with the organisation rule's and regulations.. Got good support all these years. Payment are on times. The proprietor of the organisation is a good person...but don't know what issues he has regards to me only. All what we do for the betterment of our organisation earlier is all forgotten which is very sad. We as employee also except the organisation to help us grow . Thanks....Read More
