Paz(doesn't)care ! Interns, please stay away. Don't join even if they offer you money you never imagined. You will ruin your career if you join pazcare. The work environment at pazcare is a breeding ground for toxicity, unprofessionalism and unethical practices with management leading the way. The southern regional manager for client retention sets a terrible example by resorting to cheap political maneuvers, putting hard work and fair play to shame. What's more concerning is the lack of knowledge in insurance and work ethics displayed by the entire management team. The absence of job security makes employees feel insecure as they fear being fired at any moment. It's an unforgiving atmosphere where one's survival depends on constant flattery and submission to one's manager. However, if you are looking for a temporary source of income while searching for another job, Pazcare could serve the purpose. but it's recommended to not stop your job search once you've joined pazcare and limit your stay to a maximum of 3 months. while there may not be much to learn it could provide some financial stability. and once you find the right job you can leave immediately.
