Nothing really bad company...really dislile

Dislikes

Very unpredictable management. Being company growing this big still upper management decisions are not firm and structured. No employee value...the way layoffs have been managed are really really bad

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
