Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supported and management is transparent. But in cobid 19 situation work from office is necessary because in floor many of people effect by cobvid19 positive but in floor no work from home every day we go for office this thing I don't like.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. In covid 19 scenerio all companies work from home but in Paytm insurance many people covid19 positive but there is no work from home and every day we come office this is hectic.
