Overall paytm provide good work culture, with given opportunities to explore market by yourself it is good company for new comers to start career and to learn new things and responsibilities. Though frequent team movements and product change may ruin your job profile, as you may not get thorough knowledge of any particular product, what you know is very little of everything and not everything of particular product....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
