At present, ASM Gaurav Gupta's behavior and way of talking, which is full of abuses, is not the right way to talk to employees. Gaurav Gupta, who has currently come from Vodafone, is spoiling relations with the old boys to keep his own boys and at the same time talks about not even giving promotions. We have been associated with Paytm for 3 years. Earlier the managers used to be friendly, it was fun to work with them but now it seems like a Punishment.
