There is noting to like in Paytm.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

1. Engineering managers are two-faced; they act nice to your face but behave differently behind your back. 2. The company culture is not good; managers pass all their pressure onto the team. 3. as a fresher I get good opportunity here. for a fresher it a good opportunity to work in paytm because in nowadays when everyone is asking for experience paytm is not asking experience because they got cheap labor.

in paytm there is very toxic work environment, you don't get any promotion and appraisal they give literally zero % of hike. for job security management instantly fire employees for the very silly reason like if you can't make the aws infrastructure ready in 5 days (for a single person) management will fire instantly. there are no working hours fixed. and even you will never get any appreciation from your manager....Read More
