Employee working from more than 10+ years become DoE, VP andAVP without having management skills polluting the whole working environment. 4. HRBPs are pathetic just listen but won’t able to act. 5. Too much favouritism.

very toxic culture with no extra benefits or facilities. Promised higher number of ESOPs, post joining reduced it to half. Team budgets is very low to afford even a single outing in a year. Top management people are very unqualified for the role. You can expect an people with Mechanical Engineering background and no MBA to be a VP product or vice versa so it becomes difficult to explain things to someone who doesn't have any exposure to the field itself...Read More
