Iam very glad that I got the job here in at the beginning of career life . I learned many more skills after joining in this company . Iam enjoying the job every second in working time . Overall very good experience and I want to be here for long time for that my superiors are helping a lot in the form of advices.

Dislikes

There is no compensation, there is no growth. Work is not too much , but a pressure is always there, created by managers. Manager do not value individual strength. Never receive any appreciation mails , just have a verbal appreciation. Managers are working as HR, all the HR works and decisions taken by them. Hiring and firing and all other formalities done by managers . There is no scope of growth , not even they motivate they will tell u about the failures, which demotivate u. They change your role very frequently. All the person in team have a good personal relation with manager , otherwise you are out of team instead of good working....Read More
