Their is nothing to be liked about Paytm .

Dislikes

I have 8 years of experience and havent see a company which has such a worst work culture. You will not have job security in this company. They can remove you just like that or demote and move you to any other department if you are not performing even a single month. They would give you tremendous work pressure. No employee respect, they reat you worst.
