Don't Join Paytm even if you don't have any job. CBO and VP level people behave immaturely. Humiliation and threaten to job in open forum on daily basis. Profitability ke liye merchant ko jhooth bolke Soundbox dete hai aur phir rent kaat lete hai. FSE ki salary aur incentive intentionally late karte hai. Zero Integrity at all seniorlevel and wrong commitments at all levels. Hiring is done and then role is decided. Role changes anytime and anywhere. HR has no control. All policies are for namesake. All the decisions are as per whims and fancies of one man and rest all VP, AVP and Sr. VP's are puppets....Read More
