Work pressure is very high, no promotions no hike, in the name of cost cutting they will not even reimburse basic amounts for internet even if wfh is there. No work life balance no option to move ahead for better carrier pathing.

mainly work life balance and salary. Initially company provided many good benefits for employees but later some cheap employees doing cheap tricks then company started cost cutting. Otherwise, a very good organization. Only one bad thing is lay off's - not sure when they announce lay off

except lay off news, rest everything is good.

No job security. Frequent leadership change. No QA Team , Developer has to take their own responsibility to test their features and deploy in live. Previously work life balance is so goodbut now a days, support team is also getting removed and the developers are forced to do the oncall support along with the regular work even if you have concerns. It highly depend on team and manager under which you are working. Post covid, lot of layoff and restructuring has left the firm with only specific resources and management who see a growth and job security opportunity at the expense of team and their work life balance without providing much effort from their end

No job security, left with cringy management and managers and vertical leaders who are not able to keep up with change

Paypal has terrible work life balance . Management shows no concern for employees well being, toxic culture. You can join for money but job security is non existent. Worst company to join.

Depends on department, there is no career growth it depends on how close your with the management to move to next level, people who have knowledge stay at same place but people who just speaks are upgrading without any knowledge
