Management is horrible. There's no job security at all. Employees are terminated without prior notice and valid reason. They will always blame the teachers and suddenly terminate. Teachers have to face humiliation (infront of the students), they treat the teachers like their students. Backbiting continues in the work place. There's no place to improve oneself. Employees will always find themselves in negative environment.The campus is also dirty and non hygienic. No facility of toilet and no separate (ladies and gents) washroom for the teacher.
