The company structured in good way. But the leader level like Manager level people needs to adopt and change the work culture. Company providing lots of beneficiaries for the employees, it is not properly communicated to the team members. Managers level people needs to change the selfish attitude. Horrible. Cheap useless managers. Warming up the seats nd getting salary. A manager goose named Senthil kalisamy is so ridiculous. Caste based partiality! Gender based abuse. Made to work longer hours with no pay. No learning, job security. Just copy paste skills needed.

Everything. They don't pay salary to employees. They deduct income tax when paying the salary the few months a year that they do (avg 4 months a year) but do not deposit income tax.
